Through proactive education and innovative programs tailored to our community, ABC is committed to creating a cohesive culture that promotes healthy lifestyles — raising awareness of behavioral and mental health issues while mobilizing a multi-generational network of community-focused individuals and organizations.
We are licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services and serve adults and adolescents across the Black Hills region through outpatient counseling, peer support, and residential treatment services.
We meet every person where they are — without judgment, without shame — and walk alongside them toward recovery.

ABC Outpatient is licensed by the South Dakota Department of Social Services Community Behavioral Health division. We operate as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations governing substance use treatment, including 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protections.
